FEES
Registration Fee includes:
- We will provide you with a customized Health and Safety Manual containing the policies necessary in order to comply with your Client’s/Contractor’s requirements.
- We upload all programs to ISNetworld® and request a submittal review in order to obtain your ISNetworld® approval. (Canqual services also provided upon request without additional charge.)
- We will review and update your corporate minute book (or if you do not have a minute book, we will create one for you) in order to comply with legal requirements. (Note: Some restrictions and extra fees may apply depending on Province of Incorporation).
- We will contact your Client/Contractor to identify any corporate, documentation, insurance certificates or Workers’ Compensation information you must supply in order to access the job site. We will facilitate the provision of any necessary documentation.
- The Registration Fee also includes the first month’s Monthly Maintenance Fee.
Cost: $2,400 plus GST *
Monthly Maintenance Fee includes:
- Workers’ Compensation and insurance information (if applicable) uploaded into ISNetworld® (and CanQual, if requested by Client)
- Quarterly hours and safety statistics and incidents, if any, will be entered by us.
- If ISNetworld® changes a requirement to a safety program, we will provide you with an updated safety program.
- We will prepare your annual returns and all documents necessary to keep your corporate minute book up to date. We will serve as your Alberta registered office. (Note: some restrictions and extra fees may apply depending on Province of registration).
- We provide the following Workers’ Compensation account management services: administrative preparation of all injury reports for submission to WCB, and all subsequent correspondence with WCB as well as preparation of annual returns. (Only one provincial Workers’ Compensation account is included in this fee. If you have Workers’ Compensation accounts in multiple provinces, additional fees apply).
- We provide the following contract management services: we will forward any insurance or indemnity provisions to your insurance broker to ensure that your insurance coverage complies with your contract. We will notify you of any upcoming renewal dates or reporting periods and will assist you in preparing notices.
- Clients will be eligible to apply for coverage in any group insurance policies negotiated by TradePro from time to time.
Cost: $195 plus GST *
Incorporation Services:
- For individual clients who wish to set up a corporation, we will incorporate a numbered company for you and set up a corporate minute book to comply with all requirements of the Business Corporations Act. (Some restrictions may apply depending on Province of incorporation).
Cost: $500 plus GST *
* The cost of ISNetworld® and Canqual subscription fees are not included.
